These super yummy microwave s'mores only need two minutes and three ingredients to be ready to devour. They're full of sweet crunch, melted chocolate and gooey marshmallows.
Lay one full sheet of graham cracker on a microwave safe plate.
Snap your chocolate bar in half and place half of it in top of the graham cracker.
Lay three marshmallows side by side on top of the chocolate and graham cracker.
Place plate into the microwave and heat for 20 seconds. (Marshmallow will expand).
Remove the plate from the microwave and gently press the other sheet of graham cracker on top.

Tips:
Microwave wattages can vary. Start with 20 seconds and add 5 seconds at a time if the marshmallows haven't expanded yet.
Don't overheat the marshmallows or they will become stiff and hard instead of gooey.
For extra melty chocolate, heat the chocolate on the graham cracker for 5-10 seconds before adding the marshmallows.
Storage, reheating & freezing
Store in an airtight container for 3-5 days in the fridge or counter.
Reheat in the microwave at 5 second intervals until marshmallows and chocolate are soft.
Freeze individually wrapped in cling wrap or aluminum foil and placed in an airtight tor Ziploc bag for up to 6 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating in the microwave.
