These easy, three ingredient mini s'mores pies are ready in about 10 minutes. You can make these in the oven, microwave or air fryer. They are a great summer party dessert.
Unwrap the mini graham cracker crusts and put them on a cookie sheet.
Place 2 - 3 bars of chocolate or a thin layer of chocolate chips in the bottom of each crust.
Add a small handful of marshmallows on top of the chocolate to fill up each crust.
Stick the mini pies into the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 - 10 minutes or until marshmallows are slightly browned on top.

Tips
Not too much chocolate - Just put a single layer of chocolate in the bottom of each crust, otherwise it doesn't melt as well and can throw off the ratio of flavors.
Melt the chocolate first - if you like slightly less toasted marshmallows, pop the crusts with just the chocolate into the oven for the first 2 - 3 minutes to get it started melting. Then, add the marshmallows for the remaining few minutes.
Try broiling - if you like really crunchy, toasted marshmallows turn the oven to broil for the last 30 - 60 seconds.

Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 - 5 days; reheat for a few minutes in the oven or microwave.
