    These mini s'mores pies are a cute and tasty individual serving dessert. Skip the campfire, but still get the ooey, gooey marshmallow, melted chocolate and crunchy graham cracker flavor of this classic treat.

    If you are looking for an easy and classic dessert that's perfect for afternoon snacks, BBQs and 4th of July then these mini s'mores pies have you covered. They use just three ingredients and are ready in about 10 minutes.

    The s'mores flavor combination of graham cracker, melted chocolate and melted marshmallows is a classic. Just like in these air fryer s'mores, this baked s'mores dip and these microwave s'mores.

    Try out these substitutions and variations to easily customize this recipe

    • Change up the chocolate - s'mores are typically made with chocolate bars and while those work well in this recipe, we found chocolate chips melted better and had a slightly better flavor (we like dark chocolate).
    • Use different marshmallows - make these for holidays by using halloween, easter or christmas peeps or marshmallows to give them a themed look.
    • Microwave or air fry - we prefer the oven for these to get a true toasted marshmallow top. However, you can make them even faster in the microwave (about 1 - 2 minutes). Or, in the air fryer for about 8 - 10 minutes at 400 degrees.

    ⏲️Instructions

    Use these easy step-by-step directions to make your own yummy mini s'mores pies in just a few minutes.

    Step one: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Step two: Unwrap the mini graham cracker crusts and place them on a cookie sheet.

    Step three: Add in 2 - 3 squares of a chocolate bar or a thin layer of chocolate chips in each crust.

    Step four: Sprinkle a small handful of marshmallows on top of the chocolate.

    Step five: Bake in the oven for about 8 - 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or until marshmallows are melted and toasted on top.

    Hint: If you like a crunchier, really toasty marshmallow top, you can put the oven on broil for the last 30 - 60 seconds. Just be sure to keep a close eye so they don't actually burn.

    ⭐Recipe Tips for Success

    • Not too much chocolate - Just put a single layer of chocolate in the bottom of each crust, otherwise it doesn't melt as well and can throw off the ratio of flavors.
    • Melt the chocolate first - if you like slightly less toasted marshmallows, pop the crusts with just the chocolate into the oven for the first 2 - 3 minutes to get it started melting. Then, add the marshmallows for the remaining few minutes.

    Storage

    These can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for around 3 - 5 days. You technically can keep them at room temperature, but since you will want to reheat them either way we like to refrigerate them.

    You can also freeze them for up to a year in an airtight container or freezer bag.

    • 6 Mini Graham Cracker Crusts
    • Chocolate Bar or Chocolate Chips
    • Mini Marshmallows

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    • Unwrap the mini graham cracker crusts and put them on a cookie sheet.
    • Place 2 - 3 bars of chocolate or a thin layer of chocolate chips in the bottom of each crust.
    • Add a small handful of marshmallows on top of the chocolate to fill up each crust.
    • Stick the mini pies into the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 - 10 minutes or until marshmallows are slightly browned on top.
