Rudolph decorated celery sticks on a plate.

Rudolph Celery

Justin
These Rudolph celery snacks are celery stalks filled with peanut butter and decorated with candy eyes, a red heart nose, and pretzel antlers to look like Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. They take about 10 minutes to make and are a fun, easy snack for Christmas parties and classroom celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 ½ tbsp peanut butter
  • 8 candy eyes
  • 4 pretzels
  • 4 red candy heart sprinkles

Instructions

  • Wash celery and cut off the ends. Cut each stalk in half crosswise to make 4 pieces.
  • Fill each celery piece with peanut butter, spreading evenly into the groove.
  • Press 2 candy eyes into the peanut butter on each piece.
  • Press 1 red candy heart sprinkle below the eyes for Rudolph's nose.
  • Break each pretzel in half and press into the top of each celery piece at an angle for antlers, using a small dab of peanut butter to secure if needed.

Notes

**Storage**
Best served immediately after assembling. Fill with peanut butter and refrigerate up to 24 hours in advance — add decorations right before serving so pretzels stay crisp.
**Recipe Tips**
* Choose wide celery stalks for easier decorating.
* Dry celery thoroughly before filling so peanut butter sticks well.
* Set up an assembly line if making with kids.
* Assemble right before serving for best results.
