These Rudolph Swiss rolls are store-bought Swiss roll cakes decorated with pretzel antlers, candy eyes, and a red M&M nose to look just like Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. They require zero baking, take about 10 minutes to assemble, and are a perfect easy Christmas dessert for parties and classroom celebrations.
Remove Swiss rolls from packaging and place on a tray. Set out all decorating supplies.
Break each pretzel in half. Press both halves into the sides of each Swiss roll at the top for antlers.
Dab black cookie icing on the back of 2 candy eyes and press onto the front of each Swiss roll.
Dab cookie icing on a red M&M and press below the eyes for Rudolph's nose.
