Snowman Charcuterie

Justin
This snowman charcuterie board arranges mozzarella cheese slices in the shape of a snowman and decorates it with pepperoni, candy eyes, a carrot nose, olive smile, and peppermint buttons — all served with crackers on the side. It takes about 10 minutes to assemble and is a fun, festive centerpiece for any Christmas party table.

  • Use pepperoni slices to form a hat and scarf on the snowman.
  • Press 2 candy eyes onto the top cheese circle.

Notes

**Storage**
Best assembled and served immediately. Store leftover components separately in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Peppermints and crackers store at room temperature.
**Recipe Tips**
* Use whole mozzarella slices for clean, defined circles.
* Overlap the cheese slices so the snowman looks full and solid.
* Keep the board chilled until 15 minutes before serving.
* Assemble and serve the same day for best results.
