This tzatziki dip is a cool and creamy dip that is perfect for game day, summer parties and more. No baking or cooking involved, just stir everything together and serve.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cucumber shredded
  • 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 3 sprigs Dill chopped
  • 3 sprigs Parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Garlic minced
  • teaspoon Salt
  • teaspoon Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Grate the cucumber into a bowl. Press out moisture and drain.
  • Add greek yogurt to a bowl. Add in cucumber, lemon juice, and garlic. Stir well.
  • Toss in chooped parsley, chopped dill, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Notes

You can store this for 3 - 4 days, covered in the refrigerator. Or, you can freeze it for up to 3 months. Do be aware that if frozen, the texture may not be the same upon defrosting.
Serve cold with crackers, chips or pita bread.
