Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 oz Dry Ranch Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoon Broccoli chopped into small pieces
  • 3 tablespoon Cucumber chopped into small pieces
  • 3 tablespoon Carrots chopped into small pieces
  • 3 tablespoon Red Bell Pepper chopped into small pieces
  • 3 tablespoon Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Spread into a shallow dish.
  • Sprinkle chopped veggies and cheese over the top.
  • Cover and chill for 1 hour, or until ready to serve.

Notes

You can store this covered in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 days. Freezing is not recommended as the veggies are not cooked and cream cheese can separate when frozen.
Serve with crackers, pretzels, veggies, or your dipper of choice.
