In a medium bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese. Mix to combine.
In a small bowl, mix the eggs.
Spray the basket of the air fryer with the non-stick spray.
Dip the ravioli into the eggs and coat both sides.
Quickly dip into the crumb and cheese mixture and coat both sides - pressing gently to stick the mix to the ravioli.
Place each ravioli in the basket of the air fryer, leaving space between each ravioli. Work in batches, if needed.
Cook at 360 for 3-4 minutes. Carefully use tongs to turn over the ravioli and spray with a coat of olive oil spray.
Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until toasted. Remove from the basket and continue with the remaining ravioli.
Serve with warmed marinara sauce to dip
Notes
These toasted ravioli in the air fryer can be stored in the fridge for 3 - 4 days. You can also freeze them (before or after air frying) for up to 6 months. Reheat in the air fryer prior to serving.
