42 oz Apple pie filling 2 - 21 oz cans 1 box Yellow cake mix ½ cup Butter unsalted
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray or line a 13x9 or similar sized baking dish.
Pour the apple pie filling into the bottom of the pan and spread evenly.
Sprinkle with the dry yellow cake mix and spread evenly.
Slice the butter into thin pieces and place across the entire surface of the cake mix.
Bake in the preheated oven for about an hour - the mix should be bubbly and slightly golden brown.
