Equipment

  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Large Bowl
  • Silicone spoon

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli chopped into bite sized pieces
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon White vinegar
  • ¼ cup Bacon pieces
  • ¼ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Red onion chopped
  • ¼ cup Dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup Walnuts chopped

Instructions

  • Chop the broccoli and the onion.
  • In a medium-large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar to create the dressing.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl, and toss to combine.
  • Chill the salad for 1 hour, or until ready to serve.

Notes

This can be kept for 3 - 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge. Due to the mayonnaise and the fact that the broccoli is uncooked, this does not do well frozen.
