No cooking is required, and it only takes about 10 minutes to prep. Chill it for an hour to let the flavors meld, and it's ready to serve. Great for potlucks, barbecues, or everyday meals.

    Ingredients

    • Broccoli, chopped into bite sized pieces
    • Mayonnaise
    • Granulated sugar
    • White vinegar
    • Bacon pieces
    • Cheddar cheese, shredded
    • Red onion, chopped
    • Dried cranberries
    • Chopped walnuts

    See recipe card for quantities.

    Instructions

Mix this broccoli salad up super fast and easily by following these easy step by step instructions.

Step one: Chop the broccoli and the onion.

Step two: In a medium-large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar to create the dressing.

Step three: Add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl, and toss to combine.

Hint: Chill the salad for 1 hour, or until ready to serve.

    Storage

This can be kept for 3 - 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge. Due to the mayonnaise and the fact that the broccoli is uncooked, this does not do well frozen.
