These easy buffalo chicken celery sticks are crunchy and lightly spicy. They make a great addition to game day parties, summer celebrations and more.

- 6 Celery Sticks
- 2 Cups Cooked chicken Chopped small
- ½ Teaspoon Garlic powder
- ¼ Teaspoon Onion powder
- 2 Oz Cream cheese
- ¼ Cup Franks hot sauce
- 3 tablespoon Butter Melted
- Ranch, Feta crumbles, Green onions Optional toppings
Cut the celery stalks into 3rds, and set aside.
In a large bowl, use a fork to combine the chopped chicken and cream cheese.
In a microwave safe bowl, heat the butter on 30 second increments, until melted.
Add the melted butter and hot sauce to the chicken mixture, and add the seasonings.
Stir until everything is well combined.
Spoon the chicken mixture into the wells of the celery stalk pieces.
Tips + Storage
- Top with ranch, feta crumbles or green onions as optional toppings when serving.
- Store covered in an air tight container for 3-4 days. Freeze only the chicken mixture it needed to store longer.
