    Buffalo Chicken Celery Sticks

    These buffalo chicken celery sticks are a delicious, crunchy finger food to serve at any party or get together. They have a little spicy kick and can be garnished with a variety of different toppings.

    Making a batch of buffalo chicken celery sticks is super fast and easy. You only need 7 ingredients and about 20 minutes.

    These are an easy appetizer or finger food to serve at most any occasion. They fit in well as a game day snack, at summer celebrations and more.

    Ingredients

    • Celery sticks
    • Cooked chicken.- chopped small
    • Garlic powder
    • Onion powder
    • Cream cheese
    • Franks hot sauce
    • Butter
    • Optional toppings- ranch, feta cheese crumbles, extra hot sauce, sliced green onions

    Instructions

    Use these fast and easy directions to whip up a batch of these buffalo chicken celery sticks for yourself.

    Step one: Cut the celery stalks into 3rds, and set aside.

    Step two: In a large bowl, use a fork to combine the chopped chicken and cream cheese.

    Step three: In a microwave safe bowl, heat the butter on 30 second increments, until melted.

    Step four: Add the melted butter and hot sauce to the chicken mixture, and add the seasonings. Stir until well combined.

    Step five: Spoon the chicken mixture into the wells of the celery stalk pieces.

    Hint: When serving, top with ranch, cheese crumbles, extra hot sauce, or green onions.

    • 6 Celery Sticks
    • 2 Cups Cooked chicken Chopped small
    • ½ Teaspoon Garlic powder
    • ¼ Teaspoon Onion powder
    • 2 Oz Cream cheese
    • ¼ Cup Franks hot sauce
    • 3 tablespoon Butter Melted
    • Ranch, Feta crumbles, Green onions Optional toppings

    Instructions

    Notes

    Tips + Storage 
    • Top with ranch, feta crumbles or green onions as optional toppings when serving.
    • Store covered in an air tight container for 3-4 days. Freeze only the chicken mixture it needed to store longer.
