Cannoli Dip

This cannoli dip is a creamy, sweet and easy to make dessert dip. You need just 6 ingredients and 10 minutes to whip up a batch.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • ½ cup Butter unsalted + softened
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla
  • ¾ cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Combine 8 oz cream cheese, ½ cup butter and ½ teaspoon vanilla on medium high speed for a few minutes until well combined.
  • Add in ¾ cup powdered sugar and 2 tablespoon brown sugar.  Mix thoroughly, scraping down the sides often.
  • Mix for about 3 minutes or until combined and fluffy looking.
  • Add in 1 cup mini chocolate chips and fold to combine. 

Notes

Serving + Storage
  • Serve with dippers such as cookies, fresh fruit or crackers.
  • Store covered in the fridge for 3 - 4 days.  You can freeze it, but the texture won't be as creamy upon thawing.
