Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef browned
  • 16 oz Velveeta Cheese cubed
  • 10 oz Canned Rotel Tomatoes
  • ½ teaspoon Chili Powder
  • Lettuce, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapenos, chips, etc toppings to serve

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, combine the cubed Velveeta cheese with the can of Rotel tomatoes.
  • Heat over medium low for about 5 minutes, until melted and smooth.  Stir frequently.
  • Add in the ground beef and chili powder.  Stir well.
  • Heat for an additional 3-5 minutes or until heated through and combined. 
  • Serve immediately with toppings of choice - chips, lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, jalapenos, etc.

Notes

If kept in an airtight container, you can store this in the fridge for 3 - 4 days. Alternatively, you can freeze it for up to 3 months.
