Cheesy Tomato Focaccia Rolls

These cheesy tomato focaccia rolls are super simple appetizer to make. You only need five ingredients to make these.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 12 Cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ Cup Mozarella cheese Shredded
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano

Instructions
 

  • Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray, and place a roll inside of each of the 12 cavities. Cover with plastic wrap, and allow rolls to rise for 3 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cut cherries in half.
  • Press your fingers into each of the dough balls to de-puff them.
  • Brush olive oil each dough ball. Then sprinkle with mozzarella, oregano, and 2 cherry halves.
  • Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes.

Notes

Storage
You can keep these in the fridge for around 5 days as long as they are wrapped tightly and plastic wrap or kept in an airtight container. 
Alternatively, these freeze really well. Simply wrap them or place them in freezer bags and they can be frozen for a few months.
