    Cheesy Tomato Focaccia Rolls

    These cheesy tomato focaccia rolls taste great, and are oh so simple to make. They are perfectly portioned individual servings for dinner parties, celebrations and more.

    If you're looking for a quick and easy appetizer, then these cheesy tomato focaccia rolls are a perfect fit. They are a simple individual serving snack that use just 5 ingredients and only 10 mins of prep time.

    Much like other individual serving snacks, like these pepperoni pizza puffs, these are easy to make and perfect for large crowds.

    Serve these up as an appetizer or finger food at any gathering from holidays to birthdays and more. Though they bake in 18 mins and only take 10 minutes of prep time, you do need to plan ahead to let the rolls rise (which takes three hours).

    Ingredients

    • Frozen dinner rolls
    • Cherry tomatoes
    • Oregano
    • Olive oil
    • Mozarella cheese - shredded

    Instructions

    Follow these easy step by step instructions to bake up a batch of your own cheesy tomato focaccia rolls.

    Step one: Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray, and place a roll inside of each of the 12 cavities. Cover with plastic wrap, and allow rolls to rise for 3 hours.

    Step two: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut cherries in half

    Step three: Press your fingers into each of the dough balls to de-puff them.

    Step four: Brush olive oil each dough ball. Then sprinkle with mozzarella, oregano, and 2 cherry halves.

    Step five: Bake for 18-20 minutes.

    Storage

    You can keep these in the fridge for around 5 days as long as they are wrapped tightly and plastic wrap or kept in an airtight container.

    Alternatively, these freeze really well. Simply wrap them or place them in freezer bags and they can be frozen for a few months.

    • ¼ Cup Mozarella cheese Shredded
    • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
