    Pepperoni Pizza Puffs

    Pepperoni pizza puffs are bite-sized appetizers of cheesy, pepperoni-packed goodness that capture all the flavors of your favorite pizza. These puffs feature fluffy, golden dough filled with melted mozzarella, savory sauce, and mini pepperoni for a crowd-pleasing snack.

    They're quick and easy to make, with just a few simple ingredients and about 25 minutes total prep and bake time. Using refrigerated pizza dough keeps the process simple, while the muffin pan helps create perfectly shaped puffs every time.

    Ingredients

    • Refrigerated pizza dough ( I used Pillsbury)
    • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    • Pizza sauce
    • Mini pepperoni
    • Garlic powder
    • Italian seasoning

    Instructions

    Bake these pepperoni pizza puffs up quickly and easily by following these step-by-step directions.

    Step one: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease the cavities of a muffin tin.

    Step two: Roll the dough and cut into 12 pieces. Place a dough square into each cavity of the muffin pan, and push up the sides.

    Step three: Add some cheese at the bottom of each dough cup, then top with sauce and some mini pepperoni.

    Step four: Top with more cheese, then sprinkle seasonings. Top with a few additional mini pepperoni.

    Step five: Transfer the muffin pan to the oven, and bake for 14-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and dough is done.

    Storage

    These can be stored in the fridge for 3 - 5 days. Or, you can freeze them in an airtight container or freezer bag for 3 - 6 months.

    • 13.8 oz Refrigerated Pizza Dough we used Pillsbury
    • 1.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
    • ⅔ cup Pizza Sauce
    • .5 cup Mini Pepperonis
    • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
    • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

    Instructions
