Pepperoni Pizza Puffs

Ingredients
  

  • 13.8 oz Refrigerated Pizza Dough we used Pillsbury
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • cup Pizza Sauce
  • .5 cup Mini Pepperonis
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease the cavities of a muffin tin.
  • Roll out the dough and cut into 12 pieces.
  • Place a dough square into each cavity of the muffin pan, and push up the sides.
  • Add some cheese at the bottom of each dough cup, then top with sauce and some mini pepperoni.
  • Top with more cheese, sprinkle the seasonings on and then top with a few more mini pepperoni.
  • Transfer the muffin pan to the oven, and bake for 14-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and dough is done.

Notes

These can be stored in the fridge for 3 - 5 days when kept in an airtight container.  Or, they can be frozen for 3 - 6 months.
