Instructions
 

  • Place the Brie cheese on a board and divide into 6 equal sections.
  • Divide each section in half - you will end up with 12 pieces.
  • First, form the reindeer. Place the sections on the board, white crust side down. Break the pretzels into sections and press into the cheese. Place the sugar eyes and heart-shaped noses
  • For the snowman, arrange the sections with the white crust facing up. Cut the dried mango into triangles with a sharp knife. Press in bugles for the caps. Brush the chocolate chip eyes and noses with honey and arrange them on the cheese.
  • For the Christmas Tree, shell the pistachios and chop them along with dried cranberries and parsley. Insert a stick cracker into the cheese for the stem. Brush the cheese with honey and sprinkle with a mixture of pistachios, cranberries, and parsley.

Tips + Storage
  • Pistachios can be replaced with walnuts or pecans.
  • You can also replace cranberries with cherries or raisins.
  • Serve alone or as part of a charcuterie board.
  • You can add honey or tabasco as a dipping sauce.
  • Store for up to 5 days in the fridge in an airtight container.
