  • Hand or Stand Mixer
  • Large Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Taco Seasoning Mix
  • Cilantro, Lettuce, Green Onions, Tomatoes, Avocados, Chips or other toppings of your choice

Instructions
 

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. 
  • Mix on low until combined.  Scrape the sides. 
  • Mix on medium for about a minute until smooth. 
  • Transfer to a serving dish or platter.

Notes

You can easily store this dip covered in the fridge for up to a week. It is best stored without the toppings added. While it is possible to freeze it, the texture can be lacking when defrosted.
Serve with toppings of choice - lettuce, chips, tomatoes, cilantro, green onions, etc.
