Cucumber Christmas Trees
These cute and festive Cucumber Christmas Trees are an easy Christmas appetizer to try. With a light and herby flavor they are perfect for Christmas parties.
Ingredients
- 8 Oz Cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Dill weed
- 8 Slices Wheat bread
- 1 Cucumber
Instructions
- Toast the bread and cut out with a small biscuit or cookie cutter.
- In a medium bowl, mix together garlic, cream cheese, and dill weed.
- Put into a piping bag with open star tip.
- Pipe onto 8 round pieces of bread and then place another on top.
- Cut a cucumber into long slices. Fold onto a star bamboo skewer smaller at the top and bigger at the bottom. Place skewer into the sandwiches.

Tips + Storage
- Star bamboo skewers can be found in most any store that sells bamboo skewers such as Walmart or online at Amazon.
- These our best used within one to two days if they are kept in the fridge in an airtight container. They do not freeze well.
