Instructions
Follow these easy steps to make your own Cucumber Christmas Trees.

Step one: Toast the bread and cut out with a small biscuit or cookie cutter.

Step two: In a medium bowl, mix together garlic, cream cheese, and dill weed. Put into a piping bag with open star tip.

Step three: Pipe onto 8 round pieces of bread and then place another on top.

Step four: Cut a cucumber into long slices. Fold onto a star bamboo skewer smaller at the top and bigger at the bottom. Place skewer into the sandwiches.
Hint: you can get star bamboo skewers at most places that sell skewers like Walmart or online at Amazon.
Storage
These are best used in 1-2 days when stored in the fridge in an airtight container. They do not freeze well.
