Dill Pickle Dip

This dill pickle dip is a creamy and light appetizer to serve at any party. With only four ingredients it's super quick and easy to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Sour cream
  • 4 Oz Cream cheese
  • 1 Cup Dill pickles Diced
  • 3 Tbsp Ranch seasoning mix

Instructions
 

  • Add cream cheese and sour cream to a bowl. Mix well with hand mixer.
  • Dice mini dill pickles into small pieces. Add three quarters of the pickles to the bowl reserving some for topping.
  • Add in ranch dip and mix well. Scoop into a bowl and top with remaining diced dill pickles
  • If desired, allow to chill for an hour.
  • Serve cold with crackers, chips, or pita bread.

Notes

Tips + Storage 
  • You can store this dip in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days as long as it is covered or in an airtight container. The you can freeze it upon defrosting the dairy ingredients are likely to separate and the texture will suffer some.
