    Dill Pickle Dip

    This still pickle dip is creamy cool and delicious. If you love dill pickles then this cold dip is for you. It's super easy to make and great for serving at any party or celebration.

    If you are a pickle lover and you have to give this dill pickle dip a try. It's super easy to make. It uses just four ingredients and takes about 15 minutes to make.

    Cold dips are always great for serving a parties. This pickle dip, much like our tzatziki dip and our veggie pizza dip, is creamy light and easy to make in a large batch for lots of people.

    Since this dip is creamy and cool it makes a great addition for spring or summer events such as picnics, barbecues or 4th of July. But, with its flavor that most people will enjoy it's really great to serve anytime.

    Ingredients

    • Sour cream
    • Cream cheese
    • Dill pickles - diced
    • Ranch seasoning mix
    • Optional for dipping - crackers, chips, pita bread.

    Instructions

    Make your own dill pickle dip with these easy to follow instructions.

    Step one: Add cream cheese and sour cream to a bowl. Mix well with hand mixer.

    Chopped pickles and cream in a mixing bowl.

    Step two: Dice mini dill pickles into small pieces. Add three quarters of the pickles to the bowl reserving some for topping.

    Step three: Add in ranch dip and mix well.

    Step four: Scoop into a bowl and top with remaining diced dill pickles. Chill for an hour or desired.

    Hint: Serve cold with crackers, chips, or pita bread.

    Storage

    You can store this dip in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days as long as it is covered or in an airtight container. The you can freeze it upon defrosting the dairy ingredients are likely to separate and the texture will suffer some.

    • 1 Cup Sour cream
    • 4 Oz Cream cheese
    • 1 Cup Dill pickles Diced
    • 3 Tbsp Ranch seasoning mix

    Instructions
     

    • Add cream cheese and sour cream to a bowl. Mix well with hand mixer.
    • Dice mini dill pickles into small pieces. Add three quarters of the pickles to the bowl reserving some for topping.
    • Add in ranch dip and mix well. Scoop into a bowl and top with remaining diced dill pickles
    • If desired, allow to chill for an hour.
    • Serve cold with crackers, chips, or pita bread.
