These spooky themed Witch Charcuterie Cups are super easy to make and perfect for Halloween movie nights or celebrations. Prep these in just 20 minutes using only 5 ingredients.

Equipment

  • Witch Hat Molds you can purchase on Amazon or your store of choice
  • Cauldron Molds you can purchase on Amazon or your store of choice
  • Baking Pan
  • Bamboo Sticks
  • Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes
  • 3 Green Olives
  • 3 Black Kalamata Olives
  • 6 slices Peppered Salami
  • 15 Fresh Mozzarella Pearls

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a witch hat and cauldron mold. Press in two mozzarella pearls into each hat and press in three mozzarella pearls into each cauldron. Place in a oven safe silicone mold into the oven on a baking pan and heat for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and with back of a small spoon press down. Drain excess liquid and place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, feed tomatoes onto a bamboo stick. Feed the olives and salami onto bamboo sticks. Place them into the cauldron.
  • Remove cheese from the mold and feed onto bamboo sticks. Place into the cauldron. Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.

Notes

Feel free to use any type of sliced meat that is your favorite.
These can stay fresh in the fridge for a few days, but they are best assembled and served on the same day.
