    Hocus Pocus Charcuterie Cups

    Hocus Pocus Charcuterie Cups are a fun and festive way to serve snacks at your next Halloween party. These halloween themed charcuterie cups are filled with savory bites like olives, cherry tomatoes, salami, and melted mozzarella shaped into witch hats and cauldrons.

    They're quick to assemble and require just a handful of ingredients. With about 20 minutes of prep time and a short chill, these spooky snacks come together easily and can be made ahead for convenience. Using a themed mold adds extra flair without extra effort.

    Ingredients

    • Cherry Tomatoes
    • Green Olives
    • Kalamata Olives
    • Peppered Salami - feel free to use any other meat you prefer
    • Mozzarella Pearls

    Instructions

    Follow these easy instructions in order to make these Halloween themed Charcuterie Cups.

    Step one: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Cheese pressed into witch hat molds.

    Step two: In a witch hat and cauldron mold. Press in two mozzarella pearls into each hat and press in three mozzarella pearls into each cauldron. Place in a oven safe silicone mold into the oven on a baking pan and heat for 5 minutes.

    Step three: Remove from oven and with back of a small spoon press down. Drain excess liquid and place in the fridge for 10 minutes.

    Step four: Meanwhile, feed tomatoes onto a bamboo stick. Feed the olives and salami onto bamboo sticks. Place them into the cauldron.

    Step five: Remove cheese from the mold and feed onto bamboo sticks. Place into the cauldron. Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.

    Hint: you can get the witch hat molds and cauldron molds from amazon or another store of your choice.

    Storage

    While these can be kept in the fridge for a few days, they are best assembled a the day of serving when possible.

    • 6 Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes
    • 3 Green Olives
    • 3 Black Kalamata Olives
    • 6 slices Peppered Salami
    • 15 Fresh Mozzarella Pearls
