These melted snowman strawberries are fresh strawberries dipped in white chocolate and decorated with candy eyes, a carrot nose, and a black gel smile to look like little melted snowmen. They take about 15 minutes to make and are a fun and easy no-bake Christmas treat perfect for holiday parties and gifting.
Wash and dry strawberries completely. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt white chocolate on defrost for 1 minute 30 seconds, stir, then continue in 1-minute intervals until smooth.
Using a skewer, dip each strawberry into the white chocolate. Let excess drip off and place on parchment.
Immediately press 2 candy eyes and 1 carrot nose onto each strawberry while chocolate is still wet.
If chocolate sets before decorating, dip the back of the candy pieces lightly in melted chocolate and press on to secure.
Use black sparkle gel to draw a curved row of small dots below the nose for the snowman's smile.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
