This mini pie dessert board brings together individually sized pumpkin, pecan, chocolate silk, Dutch apple, and sweet potato pies on one serving board with fresh fruit, candied nuts, caramels, and whipped cream. It takes about 5 minutes to assemble once the pies are made and is a stunning centerpiece for any Thanksgiving or holiday dessert table.

Ingredients
  

Premade mini pumpkin pies

Premade mini pecan pies

Premade mini chocolate silk pies

Premade mini Dutch apple pies

Premade mini sweet potato pies

Chocolate covered almonds

Fresh cranberries

Candied pecans

Granny Smith apples, sliced and coated in lemon juice

Soft caramel candies

Whipped cream, to serve

Instructions
 

  • Make all mini pies in advance and chill completely. Slice apples and coat in lemon juice. Set all components out in small bowls.
  • Place the mini pies on the board first, grouping by variety. Add a bowl of whipped cream to one corner or the center.
  • Arrange the apple slices in one section of the board.
  • Fill remaining gaps with chocolate covered almonds, cranberries, candied pecans, and caramel candies.
  • Adjust spacing and serve immediately.

Notes

**Storage**
Store pies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Store nuts and candies at room temperature. Apple slices are best eaten the same day.
**Recipe Tips**
* Have all pies made and chilled before assembling — this is an assembly-only step.
* Coat apple slices in lemon juice right before assembling to prevent browning.
* Use a large board or parchment-lined sheet pan for easy transport.
* Set out no more than 30 minutes before serving.
