These no bake vanilla cake balls are a fast and easy dessert. These bite sized treats can be customized for any occassion with different sprinkles and decorations.

.5 cup Butter unsalted + softened .5 cup Sugar 1 cup Dry Cake Mix yellow, white or vanilla .5 cup Flour 1 teaspoon Vanilla .5 teaspoon Salt .25 cup Milk 2 tablespoon Sprinkles 10 oz White Chocolate Chips
Cream .5 cup butter and .5 cup sugar on medium high for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add in .5 cup flour and 1 cup dry cake mix and mix on low until well combined. It will be crumbly.
Add in 1 teaspoon vanilla, .5 teaspoon salt and .25 cup milk. Mix on low until well combined.
Scoop out balls and roll until formed.
Chill for 30 minutes.
Melt white chocolate chips in microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring between each until completely melted.
Dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate and top off excess.
Place dipped cake balls on parchment paper and top with sprinkles.
Allow to set and harden.
Tips:
Use a spoon to dip the cake balls in melted chocolate.
Tap off excess chocolate before setting on parchment paper.
Storage
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 - 5 days or freeze up to 6 months.
