Peanut Butter Fudge

This super easy two ingredient peanut butter fudge is a great no bake treat. It takes only 5 minutes of prep time to whip up.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Vanilla Frosting
  • 2 cup Peanut Butter creamy

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8 or similar sized pan with foil or parchment paper.  Spray lightly with non-stick spray.  Set aside.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, combine 2 cups peanut butter and 16 oz vanilla frosting.  Stir to combine.
  • Heat for one minute, carefully remove from the microwave and stir well.  If needed, heat for an additional 30 seconds and stir again.  Mixture should be smooth and cohesive
  • Transfer the fudge to the lined baking dish.  Use a spatula to spread the fudge into an even layer.
  • Allow the fudge to set at room temperature for about 4 hours or chill in the fridge for about 2 hours or until set.
  • Slice and serve.

Notes

Tips
  • If after 1 minute of heating and stirring it is not smooth and well combined, add an additional 30 seconds in the microwave and stir again.
  • It can set on the counter for 4 hours, or set in the fridge for 2 hours..
Storage
This fudge can be kept for up to a week in an airtight container. Or, it can be frozen for up to 6 months.
