Line an 8x8 or similar sized pan with foil or parchment paper. Spray lightly with non-stick spray. Set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine 2 cups peanut butter and 16 oz vanilla frosting. Stir to combine.
Heat for one minute, carefully remove from the microwave and stir well. If needed, heat for an additional 30 seconds and stir again. Mixture should be smooth and cohesive
Transfer the fudge to the lined baking dish. Use a spatula to spread the fudge into an even layer.
Allow the fudge to set at room temperature for about 4 hours or chill in the fridge for about 2 hours or until set.
Slice and serve.

Tips
If after 1 minute of heating and stirring it is not smooth and well combined, add an additional 30 seconds in the microwave and stir again.
It can set on the counter for 4 hours, or set in the fridge for 2 hours..
StorageThis fudge can be kept for up to a week in an airtight container. Or, it can be frozen for up to 6 months.
