These Santa Oreos are apple pie Oreos dipped in red and white candy melts, topped with a marshmallow hat, and decorated with candy eyes to look just like Santa Claus. They take about 25 minutes to make and are a fun no-bake Christmas treat perfect for cookie exchanges, holiday parties, and gifting.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt red candy melts on defrost for 2 minutes, stir, then continue in 1-minute intervals until smooth. Melt white wafers using the same method.
Dip the top of each Oreo into the red candy melts and place on the parchment-lined sheet.
Press one marshmallow onto the top of each cookie while the red coating is still wet.
Flash freeze for 3 minutes.
Remove from freezer and dip the bottom of each cookie into the white melting wafers. Place back on parchment.
Use white melts as glue to attach 2 candy eyes to the white portion of each cookie. Allow to set completely before serving.
