Step one: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray 6-7 4oz ramekins with non-stick spray. Set aside.
Step two: If using fresh broccoli, rinse thoroughly and drain off excess water. Cut the stems off and chop the florets into one inch size pieces

Step three: Place your trimmed fresh broccoli or frozen broccoli in a large bowl and microwave for 3 minutes.

Step two: Pour in the heavy whipping cream and sprinkle with half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Toss the mixture to coat the broccoli.
