Instructions
Follow these instructions to make your own cranberry parmesan cheese ball.

Step one: In a bowl mix together with a spatula cream cheese and parmesan.

Step two: Turn it out onto a piece of plastic wrap. Wrap up and then roll on a cutting board until its a ball shape. Use your hands to shape it well. Remove plastic wrap.

Step three: Roll or press pistachios and dried cranberries into the cheese ball.
Step four: Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
Hint: Serve with pretzels, crackers, or triscuits.

This cheese ball can be kept wrapped in plastic wrap or in an airtight container and the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Or it can be stored the same way and frozen for a few months.
