    Cranberry Parmesan Cheese Ball

    This cranberry parmesan cheese ball is a perfect appetizer for holidays, fall and more. It is the perfect combination of creamy and a little bit of crunch, plus you can use a variety of items to scoop it up with.

    Making this cranberry parmesan pistachio cheese ball is super easy. You only need four ingredients and about 10 minutes to get this ready to eat.

    Cheese balls like this (or a football cream cheese ball) are easy to make and easy to customize to taste perfect for different seasons and occasions.

    This is a perfect appetizer for thanksgiving, Christmas or other fall and winter occasions.

    Ingredients

    • Cream cheese
    • Pistachios - unshelled
    • Cranberries - dried
    • Parmesan
    • Optional for serving - pretzels

    Instructions

    Follow these instructions to make your own cranberry parmesan cheese ball.

    Step one: In a bowl mix together with a spatula cream cheese and parmesan.

    Step two: Turn it out onto a piece of plastic wrap. Wrap up and then roll on a cutting board until its a ball shape. Use your hands to shape it well. Remove plastic wrap.

    Step three: Roll or press pistachios and dried cranberries into the cheese ball.

    Step four: Place in the fridge until ready to serve.

    Hint: Serve with pretzels, crackers, or triscuits.

    Storage

    This cheese ball can be kept wrapped in plastic wrap or in an airtight container and the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Or it can be stored the same way and frozen for a few months.

    • ½ Cup Parmesan
    • ½ Cup Pistachios Unshelled
    • ½ Cup Dried cranberries
    • Pretzels Optional for serving
