    Meatball Sliders

    Meatball sliders are the ultimate crowd-pleaser, combining juicy meatballs, zesty marinara, and melty mozzarella all packed into soft Hawaiian rolls. These bite-sized sandwiches are full of Italian-inspired flavor and make a fun, satisfying option for any occasion.

    With just 15 minutes of prep and a short bake, these sliders come together quickly and easily. Using pre-cooked meatballs and store-bought rolls keeps things simple, while a buttery garlic topping adds extra flavor and a golden finish.

    Ingredients

    • Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
    • Meatballs, frozen fully cooked
    • Marinara sauce
    • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    • Butter
    • Garlic powder
    • Grated Parmesan cheese
    • Dried parsley flakes

    Instructions

    Throw together a batch of these easy meatball sliders for your next get together by following these easy instructions.

    Step one: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

    Cutting holes from center of each roll.

    Step two: Set the sliders into a baking sheet or dish and use a knife to cut a circle in the center out of each slider roll. Push the center circle into the roll.

    Step three: Melt the butter, and generously brush the rolls inside and out.

    Step four: Sprinkle garlic over the butter. Sprinkle some cheese into the center of each roll where you made the hole, then top with a meatball, gently pushing the meatball into the hole.

    Step five: Top each of the meatballs with marinara sauce, then sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the rolls.

    Step six: Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, then parsley.

    Step seven: Transfer the baking dish to the oven, and bake for 18-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted.

    Hint: best served warm.

    Storage

    These can be kept for 2 - 3 days, covered in the refrigerator. Alternatively, they can be frozen for up to 6 months.
