Ingredients
- Cucumber -peeled and sliced into rounds
- Avocado - cubed
- Red onion - diced
- Sour cream
- Dill
- Salt
- Pepper

Instructions
Use these easy to follow instructions to stir up your own cucumber avocado salad.

Step one: Peel and slice cucumber into rounds. Cut avocado into small pieces. Place into a bowl.

Step two: Dice red onion and add to the bowl. Mix together salt, pepper, sour cream, and dill.
Step three: Mix sour cream mixture into the cucumber mixture. Coat well and serve cold
Place into oven at 350 fahrenheit
Hint: place in fridge for a few hours to chill completely before serving.
Storage
This can be kept on the fridge covered in an airtight container for 2-3 days. But the avocado may brown a little - toss in lemon juice to help prevent browning.

Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber Peeled + Sliced
- ½ Avocado Cubed
- ½ Red onion Diced
- ¼ Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp Dill
- ⅓ Teaspoon Salt
- ⅓ Teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Peel and slice cucumber into rounds. Add to bowl.

- In separate bowl, mix dill, sour cream, salt and pepper.
- Mix sour cream into the cucumber mixture until well coated.
- Chill and serve cold.
