    Bacon Wrapped Smokies

    These bacon wrapped smokies are the ultimate party appetizer-savory, sweet, and irresistibly crispy. Each bite-sized sausage is wrapped in smoky bacon, sprinkled with brown sugar, and baked to caramelized perfection.

    They're incredibly easy to prep with just three ingredients and only 10 minutes of hands-on time. The oven takes care of the rest, making them an ideal make-ahead option for holidays, potlucks, or game day spreads

    • Lil Smokies
    • Bacon
    • Brown Sugar

    Instructions

    Cook up these fun and easy bacon wrapped smokies by following these easy steps.

    Step one: Cut the bacon into thirds. Preheat the oven to 35 degrees.

    Step two: Set a slice flat on a plate, then set a Lil Smokie on one end and roll it in the bacon slice.

    Step three: Secure with a toothpick.

    Step four: Arrange on a parchment or foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle brown sugar over the bacon wrapped smokies.

    Step five: Transfer the baking sheet to the oven, and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bacon is getting crispy.

    Storage

    These can be kept for 3 - 4 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Alternatively, they can be frozen for up to 3 months.
