Instructions

Step one: Add sliced strawberries, lemon juice and sugar to a pan. Heat on low stirring frequently.
Step two: Continue to heat on low until it thickens, about 15 minutes.
Step three: Add heavy cream to a mixing bowl and whip on medium high until stiff peaks form.
Step four: Add sweetened condensed milk and mix on low until well combined.
Step five: Gently fold strawberry compote into the whipped cream.
Step six: Pour mixture into 13x9 dish. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for about 4 hours.
Hint: remove from freeze about 10 minutes before serving for easier scooping.

No Churn Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 lb Strawberries diced
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 4 cups Heavy Cream
- 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
Instructions
- Combine 1 lb strawberries, 2 TSB sugar and 1 TBS lemon juice in a large sauce pan.
- Heat strawberries on low, while stirring frequently until juices are released.
- Continue heating about 15 minutes until mixture thickens while still stirring.
- Remove from heat and allow to completely cool.
- Add 4 cups heavy cream to a mixing bowl and mix on medium high speed for 2 -3 minutes until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in 14 oz of sweetened condensed milk gently until well combined.
- Gently fold in strawberry compote until well combined.
- Pour ice cream mixture into 13x9 dish.
- Cover loosely with plastic wrap and freeze for approximately 4 hours.
